Korean Association of Film Critics Awards ke-38 digelar pada 13 November 2018. Penghargaan Best New Actor jatuh kepada Nam Joo Hyuk atas perannya di "The Great Battle," sementara itu penghargaan Best New Actress diraih oleh Kim Ga Hee atas perannya di "Park Hwa Young."
Joo Ji Hoon meraih penghargaan untuk kategori Best Supporting Actor atas perannya di "The Spy Gone North" dan penghargaan Best Supporting Actress jatuh kepada Kown So Hyun atas perannya di "Miss Baek."
Untuk kategori Best Actor dimenangkan oleh Lee Sung Min atas perannya di "The Spy Gone North," dan penghargaan Best Actress berhasil dimenangkan oleh Han Ji Min dalam film "Miss Baek."
