Korea Culture And Entertainment Awards 2018 digelar pada 28 November 2018 pukul 16.00 KST di Seoul. Ajang penghargaan ini memberikan apresiasi terhadap insan-insan berprestasi di industri hiburan Korea.

Peraih penghargaan di kategori K-Pop Artist tahun ini adalah PENTAGON, Golden Child, Weki Meki, LABOUM, APRIL, Shaun, and Jang Deok Cheol.
