Consumer Rights Day Awards ke-23 diselenggarakan pada 17 Desember 2018 di Seoul. Ajang penghargaan ini dihadiri oleh produser, sutradara, penulis, dan entertainer baik di bidang film, musik, drama maupun variety yang meninggalkan kesan terbaik bagi publik selama 1 tahun terakhir ini.
