KBS Drama Awards 2019 digelar pada 31 Desember kemarin malam di Hall KBS dan dibawakan oleh Jun Hyun Moo serta Shin Hye Sun. Drama hit "When The Camellia Blooms" sukses meraih total 12 penghargaan dengan pemeran utamanya yakni Gong Hyo Jin berhasil membawa pulang Daesang untuk pertama kalinya sepanjang perjalanan karirnya.
